Shipping Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 will receive free ground shipping (gift cards do not count towards $100 total).
We currently only ship products domestically to the United States. We are working to one day expand shipping internationally.
Order Processing Time Orders are processed and packed Monday-Friday. In most cases, your order will be shipped the next business day if placed before 5PM CST. However, inbound order volume may affect this timeline. Please allow several business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Damaged & Missing Product Please notify us directly if you believe your package was damaged during shipping, or if the package did not arrive.
Tracking Once an order has a tracking number produced and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns with your order.
